1. Scope of Engagement
Social Jin provides digital growth services including web application development, search engine optimization, performance advertising, video production, and automation workflows. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are documented in writing prior to project kickoff.
2. Fixed Scope & No Outsourcing
We do not subcontract or outsource client projects. All work is delivered by our senior in-house team. Scopes are fixed and agreed upon prior to execution; any additional workstream requested will be quoted transparently.
3. Intellectual Property & Asset Transfer
Upon completion of agreed payment terms, clients retain 100% full ownership of all custom source code, website designs, video raw files, ad creatives, and CRM automations produced by Social Jin.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction under courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
