What does it cost to work with Social Jin?
It depends on scope, but we will not make you sit through a discovery process to find out. Retainers start at a fixed monthly rate depending on how many services are running, and project work is quoted as a fixed number. You get a figure on the first or second call.
Do you work on a contract or month to month?
Retainers typically run on a three-month initial term, because nothing meaningful can be judged in four weeks. After that it continues monthly. We do not lock anyone into a year.
Do you only work with local businesses?
No. While we have deep roots locally, we serve clients across India and internationally. Most communication happens seamlessly over video call and direct communication channels.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
The people doing the work. There is no account manager layer between you and the team.

How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week of the scope being signed off. If we are full, we will tell you the honest start date rather than take the work and sit on it.
What reporting do I get?
A monthly report, and a live dashboard if you want one. Written in business terms — enquiries, cost per enquiry, conversions. If a metric does not connect to money, it does not lead the report.
What do you need from us?
A single decision-maker, feedback within a couple of days, and access to your accounts. Projects slip on approvals far more often than on execution.

Do I own everything you build?
Yes. Website files, domain, hosting, ad accounts, source code, raw footage. All of it is in your name and stays with you.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything, we hand over access and documentation, and there is no exit fee. We would rather you leave able to carry on than stay because leaving is painful.

Can you guarantee results?
We guarantee the work, the reporting and the honesty. Nobody can guarantee a ranking or a sales figure, and an agency that does is telling you something about how they sell rather than how they work.
How long before we see something?
Ads can produce enquiries in the first week. Social takes about two months to build momentum. SEO takes three to six. We will tell you which one fits your timeline before you spend anything.
